Our Program offers 24-hour voice response and web access for participants and plan sponsors.
In addition to delivering a wide array of information on the participant’s account, our website provides our local call center phone number available for participants Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for interactive, personal assistance.
The participant website is available 24 hours a day, delivering immediate access to the participant’s account and investment data. Daily activity and fund prices are updated at 4:00 AM each morning (reflecting the prior evening’s closing fund prices).
Fidelity and SunGard maintain SAS-70 audit reports which govern their internal controls and operational procedures (copies will be provided upon request).
